front brake cylinder question

Yep, still fussing with the brakes...In fact they're ready to go back on, 
I just want to make sure they go back on correctly.  Each pair of 
cylinders is subtly different.  One side has inlet and outlet holes  that 
have a counter-bored bottom... cross section like  \ /  . the other side 
has one hole similar to the others, and one hole with a little cone like 
shape  in the middle like a little volcano like so  / \   
     Is the volcano hole the bleeder screw hole?  If so, it looks like 
it's the outside cylinder, and the volcano hole should point down.  Does 
this sound right?
