Exhaust Manifold Brace

A while back Tom Walter mentioned a little brace that was sandwiched between 
the manifold and engine mount, that gave it support and could prevent cracking 
at the collector. Anyone have a web-posted picture of one of these braces? I 
couldn't find a picture in any of the manuals that had enough detail.
