Another area that is different is that the Hardtop does not have the two
risers (for the teardrops) on the back shelf for the soft top bar. We have an
extra (no 1500's) and it is the same.

The 1500s had a different top piece on the windshield frame than the early
cars. They are interchangeable but 1500 tops cannot fit 1600s and vice
versa without changing that piece.
