hello...
i had the same problem on my 66 when i put it back together...
i left two wires hanging in the engine compartment by the radiator overflow
because i didn't know where they should go... it turned out that it was
supposed to be grounded and ever since... my blinkers has worked flawless...
long story short... check your grounds!!!
