I did try replacing the bulb for the right front turn signal. This did not
change anything. Both flasher units(4-way and turn signal) function
properly. All other turn signals and hazard lights(front left, both
back)still work. Even the turn signal indicators on the dash light up
correctly, but the right front bulb won't flash. I still dont know where or
what the relay is and how to fix it.
