Funky bolt size

List,

I have a 2000 engine about ready to roll. The thing is, it doesn't have
the smog equipment and I need 11mm bolts w/ 1.5 threads to block up the
holes where the smog used to attach. Any ideas where I can locate
these?  I even called Coast Nut and Bolt without luck.

Also, I need a choke cable.  Ideas here?
