Welcome to the club! It is the headlight relay vibrating at certain RPM's.
Everything is wired through the dash switch except the headlights
themselves. They go through a relay mounted on the driver side inner
finder.
Remove the top of the relay. Give the contacts a good cleaning. They tend
to arc and pit while they are dancing around. An emery board works well.
Then, lighten the tension on the spring just a bit. A little goes a long
way here so go easy. This should prevent the contacts from vibrating apart.
