O/T could this hp rating be correct?

Looking at this cool '63 minicooper online, nice 1380cc engine, says 119hp 
at the wheels... how is that possible from a single SU car whose engine is 
very similar to the E1/J13 engine?  Doesn't appear to have forced 
induction.  Very high compression?  What else could make a jump from a 
60-ish hp to 119?
