Hello All,
I thought I would forward this sad email to the list. Doug Grant was a long
time roadster owner that I had the pleasure to meet at the Ortega Hiway Run
a few weeks ago. The only consolation I can think of is that at least he had
one final run with the Datsun Roadsters. He will be missed.

Dear Mr. Murphy,
My dad always got your e-mails through me. He did the Ortega run with you a
few week ends ago and had a great day! I am just writing to let you know
last Wed., March 26th while on holiday in Oregon Dad suffered a massive
heart attack and passed away. He was a great guy and loved his Datsun's.
He was rebuilding one for me but unfortunately he never finished it. I just
wanted to share my sad news with you and if you would please let anyone else
know that you may think of that would be kind. His funeral is Wed., April 2
in Riverside at All Saints Church on Magnolia and Terracina. Services are
at 11:00 am with a military graveside service at 1:00 at the National
Cemetaryin Riverside.
