List, I discovered today that my spare head has a B cam in it but it has some surface rust and pitting. Can I have it reground to remove material off of the overall profile ( maybe .005") to clean it up? Would it have to be rehardened? Can anyone recommend a cam grinder? Or should I just pop for a new cam? What about resurfacing the rocker arms, is this necessary?
