There is a small hole about 3/4 of the way back on the top of my transmission.
It looks like a vent line may have gone there at one time. It's not threaded
so maybe some kind of standpipe went there with a drain hose attached?
My tunnel and aft end of the tranny was extremely oily and I am going to put in
a new aft seal just to be safe but I'm thinking the oil may have been coming
from this "breather" hole.
Can someone enlighten me?
