Tom,

Better check the serial number, high windshields started in 68. Does your
car have a flat dash, or padded? Flat dashes were used 67.5 and earlier,
padded 68-70.

67's had 4 toggle switches in the center of the dash
67.5's had 3 toggle switches
68 had the padded dash and no marker lights
69's had the padded dash and tear drop shaped marker lights
70's had the padded dash and rectangular shaped marker lights

There are other differences, but these will give you an idea  of the year.

That will get you into the ball park because someone may have changed
fenders, or added markers to a car that didn't come with them.

It is also not uncommon to find a car licensed as a different year than it
ws produced.
