Well, the second brake drum succumbed to the onslaught and released it's
hold on the hub. This one was a little more difficult as the adjustor had
seized tight. The drum is fine, but the adjustor is trash....
The brake line is frozen into the wheel cylinder, so it looks like I will be
making more brake lines. That line bender and flaring tool are paying for
themselves!
On another note, a local dealership parts guy gave me a WONDERFUL gift
yesterday. I got the dealer poster of the 67 2000. Not the dream garage
poster (got that a while back), but the single car poster of just the
Roadster!! TOO COOL!!! Plus, it is already framed!! I am stoked about
this as I have wanted one for a while. It would be neat to get the full
set, but for now, I am tickled about this acquisition!
