About three months ago I was at an interview for a college scholarship and
somehow the fact that I own a Datsun 2000 came up. The interview, a big shot
with Sovern Bank, said when he was in the service, stationed in Japan, and had
a right hand drive model and had it shipped to the Hawaii and then eventually
to the East Coast. He said it was a 1600 and I think he said it was black with
a red interior. He said the next time we met he would bring pictures of it if
he could find it. I got the scholarship and am having lunch with him on the
16th. Since I dont know how much I have in common with this guy to talk about
I was wondering if anyone knows what happen to his old car? I hope it is still
out there.
