Hi all, JimG, a new member here.

I owner a 2000, 1969 way back, sold it cuz it was too fast and I was too 
young and wanted to get older.

Now I'm older and wiser (a little) and bought a 1969.

Only real problem is too little power, and it has the solexes!

Any help out there? It is too lean at high revs, for sure. I have the 
old SUs, and I know how to rebuild the throttle bodies shaft bushings, 
so I may go to them
