Had company over the weekend that just happened to have a set of airplane
weighing scales in the back of his truck. We spent the afternoon weighing all
of
the silly little cars around here.... the results on the roadster :
Without top : 2037# With the non-sidelight hard-top: 2076#
Car had all the misc crap that you'd normally have in it for everyday driving
- spare, some tools, blanket in the back, spare oil/brake fluid...that sorta
thing... oh yeah, an undetermined amount of petrol... probably not more than
4-5 gal.
Don't have the spec handy, but what's the "official" wieght for a 1600 these
days ???
