First of all where are you. Second one question at a time. All fluids are 
shot. Most rubber they touch should be replaced. Gas tank DRAIN it get a 
radiator 
shop to boil it out. Carbs probably varnished from dried gas. Tires gone. 
Radiator probably needs recore. Hoses might work but basicaly gone. 
  Its really all not that big a deal though.
