getting started

Hello, I am new to this whole business, but am extremely interested in 
acquiring a roadster of my own.  I don't have much money, and I am hoping 
someone out there can help me out.  I am in the area of Spokane, WA, and if 
anyone in that area has a parts car, or a roadster that they just don't have 
time to fix, I am interested in it.  Condition doesn't matter, because I have 
time to spend.  Reply to the list if you have anything, and we can go from 
there.
