Custom Machining - Roadster Parts?

Greetings,

I read and article about a company on the web named eMachineShop.com
where you can "design (using free CAD software), price, and order custom
parts online".  I wonder how the Roadster community can take advantage
of resources like this?  Would this be more applicable to Roadster
owners doing engine swaps?
