 I have a tool for removing electrical connectors from the plug. It is a 
universal tool, more or less round, with 5 or 6 "blades" sticking out of it. I 
forget exactly where I bought it, but it was from an auto supply store. I think 
it was a catalog item and they didn't have it right on hand. Still, it wasn't 
hard to get and ran about $15.00.
