I would recommend the modifications I've made - neglect, bad starter switch,
worn out carbs, electrical gremlins, and a starter that requires a few frim
raps from a hammer in just the right place before turning over.  You've got
to hold your tounge just right, say the magic words (similar to a password,
now that I think about it) and tap your right foot on the gas pedal before
and at the right times, during, cranking..  I look at it as 'multi'layered'
security.  Works for me every time (knock on wood), but I'm sure thiefs
would give up and move on to a Honda or Toyota after trying to steal this
thing.  I never take the keys out, so if you see it up at Solvang, just give
it a try and see how secure my theft prevention is...
