I did not get a instruction sheet as I believe I was one of five people for
the test bed for this weatherstrip over the past 5 monthes. I like the way it
looks and seals.

On another note. I installed some of Sports Imports rubber fiber body spacers
on my half year 67 2000. They are really nice. Good job Ross!

Hey List,
I don't want to start a war or anything, but just wanted to share my opinion
as a roadster product consumer. I recently installed one of the new
reproduction trunk lid gaskets I got from Fairlady Products, and I have to
say, I like it. It's the type that mounts on the lid, like the OEM. It also
has an authentic appearance like the original.

Installation is easy but you have to bear in mind that it must be centered
over the body side trunk lip, not in the channel around it. This point is made
clear in the included instruction sheet. It is easy to assume that one just
neatly inserts it around the lip and you're ready to glue. Follow the
instructions.

I'm passing along my experience with this gasket because I'm aware some
roadsters have had performance problems with the various trunk seals.
