I'm guessing #228 is for either the clutch or brake master cylinder.
The others could be anything that goes through the firewall. Go here and
check the grommet kits descriptions:

Need help with where the following grommets go.
They should fit all the small holes, ~3/4", in the car.
Please specify location of the hole in the car, don't assume I know, ie.
where the speedo cable hole is.
