Gary,
I did the dash first - made it easy to get the screws in at the front, up by
the defroster ports. Did the console after the windshield - made it easier
to get at the two fasteners for the center part of the w/s frame.
When installing the w/s frame, just snug the nuts and bolts until you have
the vent frames in the doors - you'll have to adjust both to get the fit
right. before tightening everything down.
