I'll let Charlie give his own cam specs, but the term "3/4 cam" has been
around since at least the early 1960's, when they used to talk about
"full-race cams" and "3/4-race cams." A full-race cam isn't streetable due
to long duration, but a 3/4-race cam is one that is hotter than stock but is
still usable for street driving.
For a 4-cylinder engine, once you start getting close to 300 degrees
duration, it becomes marginally streetable. The stock SU cam is 256 degrees;
the Solex cam is 280 degrees.
