To quote an old saying, it ran when I parked it! In fact, it ran all the
way to the Mitty last spring without a hitch. But today when I pulled off
the cover, and went for a ride, the fuse on the electric fan blew. Popped
in a new fuse and it ran for several minutes sitting in the garage. Took
off on another ride (ice cream rum made mandatory by the 90+ degrees here),
and as soon as the fan came on, another fuse bites the dust. Back to the
garage, and with the motor off a new fuse installed, the fan ran for a mere
30 seconds before it died again. The fan runs strong, and then pop, it
dies.

Time for a new fan? This one is a Feather-Lite and only several years
old. It is wired with a relay and its own 20 amp fuse.
