[Roadsters] Rocker repair

I have not seen the patch panels yet, But how are the end seams delt with
where they meet the cone ends. The originals look like a rolled seam. are the
patches fully welded on the ends? What about the jack plug? Not on the patch
panels.
Any thoughts from people that put these in. Also on the long seams did
you spot weld of fully MIG weld
