I bought both my tonneau cover and top from Les at CDM, both in canvas. The
tonneau was bought quite a while ago and I think was ready to use except
for the headrest pockets, and inserting the metal bar. When I've used it I
just lay the headrests in the package tray. I had the top professionally
installed and that cost around $375, IIRC, not a lot less than the top
itself. If I had it to do again, I'd still have it done. I'd think putting
the fittings in the tonneau would be more of a DIY project.
