I've got a set of those, too! Mine aren't terrible, though
they all needed tubes. I ran them once and put them away
(fun while they lasted, though).


The problem with "replacing" them, I think, is that they're
bias ply tires, which handle very differently from a tire
of radial design. I run Yoko AVSi tires at the moment on
my TR4A, but the handling isn't at all the same as the Blue Streaks.

It'll be interesting to see what others say.
