If memory serves me...I seem to have read some time back in the WSJ (wall strt jo) that the famous Lea & Perrins sauce has it's greatest consumption in South America. In fact the demand is such that importing enough was a major problem. The local cuisine and culture embelished most all their foods with same. The result was sending under license L and P concentrate to be mixed/diluted down south. Incredible but true. |
