I used a piece of scrap 1/4" plywood, got a $12 piece of 1/8" plexiglass
cut, bought some 3/8" inside dimension aluminum channel at Farm and
Fleet, got a package of little Phillips head wood screws, and put the
whole thing together on the workbench. Didn't miter the corners, since
last time I tried that the pieces ended up too short after multiple cuts
to make the miters come out right....looks nice and mechanical, if I do
say so myself...
