It all started when I couldn't get the oil temp gauge I wanted with
positive earth, a few other things have made me say "why not just change
it over to negative earth". I listed what I thought needed to be done,
but thought I'd get a couple other opinions. What a lot of arguments
that started!!!!
So, for you comments, here is to total list that at least one person
expressed (note this is a race car without any unnecessary electrics):
1) Change battery connections (yes, even I knew that).
2) Re-polarise generator (yes, I run one of those).
3) Swap ammeter wires
4) Swap low tension distributor wires.
5) Replace condenser (some felt this had some degree of memory).
Would be interested in any comments. By the way, my daughter (jokingly)
suggested that all the lights being reversed would cause those
astronomical objects known as "black holes"!
