There were actually two different configurations of crank and flywheel used on the TR-6. One will work on the GT-6, the other will not as it will have no clearance of the back plate. I found this out the hard way while working on a GT-6 engine for Ed Ceilley of FOT fame. I can try to dig out the particulars if you need them. Let me know. Russ Moore Spitfire #49 |
