Handed out your gift certificates...two to MGs and two to Triumphs.
TR4 Henry Frye...pain and perservance...two transmission removals and hub
changes and still made his grids.
TR3A Bill Dentinger....20 years of racing the same TR3..an anniversary &
celebration of life.
MGB Ginny Gibbons....spirit of vintage racing
MGBGT Also a local guy with MGBGT....big fun award
No ringers this year with big horsepower...except for two very very fast MGBs.
Triumphs prevailed by sheer numbers on group results.
Fastest MG went to Munoz of Michigan....fastest TR went to Mike Jackson.
Oldest car on the track award went to MGTD...
News Break!!! 2002 will be All Triumph Race...hang onto your hats and put it
on calendar. It will be a big one! 50th Anniversary of the TR Sports
Series.
