Larry Rossi-FOT Nomination

Larry and Elaine are located near Stowe, VT.

They own a very significant TR4. This car was owned and raced from new by Jim 
Spenser of Madison, WI. It held the track record in its class at Road America 
in the early 60s. (2:59) Jim Spenser also drove for Kas Kastner at Sebring, I 
believe. (Kas?)

Larry also races a Formula Ford and finsihed well at the Glen last weekend. 
Time for him to get his TR4 out again, tho.
