Some TR-4's with OD had a 4.11 Differential, but in my opinion, most did not. 
 I could be wrong.  I bought a couple axle assemblies (and looked at some 
others in the dim past) from OD TR-4s, and they all turned out to be 3.7's.  
You are in to counting teeth.  IRS may be a different story.
