Good to see you got your nickels worth out of the roads in Colorado. For
the miles driven you could have added two more destinations: Mt. Evans
14,264 ft, the highest paved road in the U.S. and U.S. 34, Trail Ridge
Road through Rocky Mountain National Park the highest continuous paved
road in the U.S. highest point 12,183 ft. Sort of a Triple Crown. Maybe
next time.
That's pretty good vindication for any car, getting to the top of Pikes
Peak a good challenge for anything. I didn't get to see the stock classes
run the autocross, but a low 40's in a big car is impressive.
Great meeting you both at such a grand event. Good luck at the Glen.
