I understood that 6 into 2 headers for a six cylinder car weren't very
effective - surely the whole point about an "extractor" manifold is that the
exhaust gases from one cylinder pull the exhaust gases out of other cylinder
that is firing at 360 degrees to it, or the one it goes up and down with. So
that you join 1-6, 2-5 and 3-4 with each of these primaries the same length,
and that is the problem as there is bugger all room under a GT6 bonnet to
achieve this AND clear the inlet manifold, suspension turret and on a RHD
car the steering column.
