When I took the chassis course last spring, Richard Pare
suggested that after the tires are mounted, drain all the air
out of the tires, then re-fill with nitrogen.  Drain this back out,
all the way - and make note of that little "puff" of steam at the
very end, that's the water that you're trying to get out.  Repeat
this re-fill and drain routine until there's no more "puff" at the
end.  You'll probably need to do this at least three times, according
to Richard, before all the water is gone (or at least reduced
enough to no longer matter).
