The generally interesting http://www.technologyreview.com/  website has an
article and thread on hydrogen powered cars with fuel cells replacing part
or all of the electrical grid. Interesting stuff.

article is premium content, but you can get the jist from the abstract and
the comments if you don't wish to subscribe. I find a lot of unusual
leading edge tech information on this site.
