jdbgmgr.exe translates as Java Debugger Manager. It has a legit purpose
within the Java program in the Windows system.
Your system may well work fine without it, but if you have deleted it and
feel the need to restore it, that symantec link includes a tool to do so.
Good rule: anytime you hear of any purported "virus threat" check it out on
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter before doing anything else. Including
forwarding virus warnings. This hoax is almost a year old.
