weber jetting

I am playing around with a slightly overjetted TR6 with
3 40's.   the motor feels like it has about a 270 degree
cam and 9:1 compression.  tube headers w/ about
20 inch runners.   mains are 110's, air corrections 200,
and tubes are f11.  Any body in the group have
experience with this kind of setup  and have suggestions
as to improvements.
