Carb help

I am in the process of converting to S.U. HD8's on my TR6 and have a couple of 
questions. What is the proper fuel pressure for these carbs?  There is a 
breather line that goes from the valve cover to the Z.S. carbs.  When I convert 
over should I plug it? Run it to my carbon canister? Leave it open?
