While looking at the FatChance Garage, it reminded me of a project I'm
researching for a customer. He has an early Spitfire with a door latch that
is only used for about 6 months. They are both cracked and needs to get
them replaced. We tried sourcing them in England and had no success.
What are the options? is there anything available? I saw one person state
that early Healy had the same latch? Is there a retrofit for the latch?
Does anyone have any latches?
Charly
