Well, at one time the Fat Chance Garage claimed to be a dealer for ITG
filter bits. I've not done any of that for a while.

As for putting them on Spits, it can be done. Backplates used to be
available that were undrilled, and one could cut the holes where needed.
Killer, sporting a pair of Weber DCOEs, has a backplate I drilled to fit.

If one tries to be neat and tidy and center the backplate, you run into
problems with the firewall being too close. One needs to offset the carb
holes to move the filter body towards the front, and drop the front down
a bit, on the order of one inch or so, for a bit of extra bonnet room.

The ITGs are good filters, I would recommend them.

I've seen nice velocity stacks available from APT, I had been meaning to ask
Ted S. about what he has available, but that was before the car with the twin
1.5" SUs broke and sat out the rest of the '03 season. I might get a chance
to work on a race car again RealSoonNow.

ps: Who, me behind in wading through email? Fat Chance!
