What Mr. Kas doesn't know is that I had made arraingements with the
publisher to keep page 273 out of the book and ship them directly to me.
So, I have these pages stored in a hermetically controlled state. I can
now use pump gas and add these pages as necessary for optimum performance.
BTW...the mystery page is available for purchase with 75 % proceeds going
to Kas the balance is to ensure that the Libyan MG's never find a way out of
North Africa.
