I doubt Hoosier will stop making the 5:50-15. Since so many of the TR, AH,
356 and MGA's have few tire choices they sell plenty of them. Based on my
experience lately I think they've softened up the compound a little to make
them wear out faster, thus increasing inventory turns and profits. Must be
another one of those right wing conspiracies! I put a new set on this past
weekend and ran 2 hours and 15 minutes total, flogging and drifting the car
as hard as I've ever have) and the tires show the wear. The left front is
toast. It takes the hardest beating at TWS. The last race was an hour
enduro and there was no chance to save it by rotating it to the rear. Do
they sell stock in Hoosier?
