Bill's on the money for sure.  
Here in Colo. we've had 2 fatalities & 4 attacks since 91'. The one death was 
by an old female weighing in @ under 60 lbs.
Seems Arizona & British Colombia have as bad, if not a worse problem with the 
big felines.
