So my first thought after reading Cary's note was hey, it's a book by Kas,
just buy the d*mned thing. First one saved me a small fortune. But I'm glad
he asked--now I want at least two.

Could you please provide us with an explanation of the difference
between Book #1 and Book #2. Specifically, is there anything in Book #1 that
is not in Book #2? And what specifically are the major topics that are
included in Book #2 that were not covered in Book #1?

Cary

--------------All:

There are lots of new photos, historical racing comments and sage wisdom on
"newer'' not publicly known tricks on performance and dependability for
racing applications. New parts. How the TR250 came about.

If you ever wanted to see why Carrillo rods are expensive....or see the
detail of piston manufacture.. Kas has been to these places and done that
for you. Simialarly, he takes you behind the scenes to Greg Solow's shop
and gets some interesting information. Quite interesting Dynamometer work
on header and muffler comparrisons all tabulated and graphed. Very
interesting head tunning by Tony Lindsey-Dean with some fascinating photos.

Quite a nice piece on Paul Newmans "le Taxi 2.5l" with detailed specs. A
very interesting introduction and insight by Mr. Jimmy Coan. New and
improoved safety enhancements by some of our FOT.

Great biographies of many racers, Dick Gilmartin, Ed Barker, Don
Devendorf,Tony Adamowicz,Rick Cline, Mike Downs, Steve Sargis, Steve
Froines, Ashley Page.......

Tunning, brakes, suspension.

Biographies with photos on Triumph racers around the globe... From Germany
(Christian Marx), UK( Kevan Hadfield), USA (Susan Kahler, Jerry Barker, Mark
Bradakis, Ronie Babbitt, Tom Kreger), Canada (Don Elliot), Australia
(Peter Vucinic),

Happy Reading!
