I did the week before the Mitty. I called Mark Weathers up on Monday and had
a new axle and thicker D washer by Thursday. The thicker D washers that were
supplied with the later kits are the remedy.

Has anyone else had trouble with the upgrade kit D washers spinning during 
tightening and marring the threads on the axle?
